I'm a 14-year-old student in NYC folding origami to raise money for causes that are meaningful to me. So far I've raised over $6,000 for organizations like NYC Bird Alliance, Wild Bird Fund and Pathways Program (my local soup kitchen). Most recently, I raised $2,000 over the summer folding origami Black-crowned Night Herons to support NYC Bird Alliance's science research and conservation work.
